~~Memorable graduation day~~~

On 22 nd May 2010 is the most unforgettable moment in my life

That day..i ve finished something... i have finished what i've started for a few years back in my life..

i finally achieved my ambition.

 As the first member of my family to graduate, i would like to honor my parents and all my family for coming to celebrate the day. Thanks for them and my friends who encouraged me and supported me and without them this would not have been possible. Thanks Mama & Abah...

Even now, im graduating, its mean im nearly at the top of the ladder, but once i've started my worked as a houseman, once again i'll be on the bottom rung of the ladder but i have to keep climbing like it is an endless ladder to height.

Zig Ziglar said, " You don't have to be great to start but you have to start to be great."

So today, i make this inspirational word as part of my life and don't forget one of my Dean's word "think beyond your imagination".. 

After this, our contribution to the world will not be measured by the money we make but by the way we share our gift with the world. The gift that have be given by God that can be found within yourself...InsyaAllah...

After result exam kuar, All my housemates decided to celebrate one of our beloved housemate's Birthday, Kak da... Happy birthday kak da!!!...

Kami memilih I-city sebagai destinasi kami, bertolak dari selayang dan selepas setengah jam kami tiba di Shah Alam menaiki Si Putih Atfina...hehe...

Jalan ke I-city tidak la susah mane (as we are not lost at dat time )..Kami melalui jalan pintu belakang UiTM seksyen 7, then,follow je sign board.

Ada banyak tempat2 menarik di sini termasukla, tempat ala2 snow & mountain, chinese new year, X-mas tree, cherry blossom tree, pine tree, the panda, the mosque, and the swan...

Sangat berwarna-warni tempat tu.. ..besh2... Bolehla warga S.Alam atau sesiapa pun datang kesini & mengisi masa lapang bersama keluarga & tersayang.. Boleh eratkan sillaturrahim gitu~~~

Celeb Mother's day pun besh juga di sini.....

Happy belated Birthday to kak da...~~~~

Detik di mana kami diberi pengiktirafan sebagai.....

Seorang Doktor

Debaran pada ketika itu hanya Tuhan sahaja yang tahu

Cemas, takut, sesak nafas, sakit perut, semua adalah...

Tiba-tiba...

Noorintan liana....Nama ku dipanggil

Rasa bagai disentap dan jantung bagaikan terhenti seketika

You Pass!!!

Alhamdulillah...Usaha selama 5 tahun ini akhirnya tidak sia2..

mataku berkaca, terasa bagai satu kelegaan setelah 5 tahun...

Tahniah juga kepada kawan2 yang berjaya...

Terima kasih kepada barisan tenaga pengajar prof,doc yang bertungkus-lumus mengajar kami...

Kepada yang kurang bernasib baik, saya mendoakan agar kamu berjaya for another 6 months..

Pasti ada hikmah disebalik semuanya...

But,a job as a doctor is not that simple

it was a big responsibility for the community and for the nation

I hope that i can prepare myself for the next challenge in my life

Just finished my Clinical examination: Paediatric case

Long Case : 4 yers old malay boy with

1) Cerebral palsy with Left sided dyskinesia due to kernicterus?

2) Right Hemiplegia due to subdural hemorrhage (at 10months age)

3) Global developmental Delay

4) Epilepsy (at 1 year)

-has multiple hospital admission due to recurrent chest infection, AGE & seizure

-Achillis tendon release R limb due to contracture

O/E

-Scar for Left subdural hemorrhage (bentuk ladam kuda)

-Patient has Rt UMN lesion of UL & LL

-Choreoathetoid movement of Lt UL & LL

-Drolling saliva at Rt side

-Gait hemiplegic? (xtaula..pelik sgt gait die)

-Developmental-about (9month-1 year) of age

-He is making incomprehensive sound (tak bleh cakap lagi)

Discussion:

What do you think the age of the patient now?

Why he had hemiplegia?

What is your diagnosis?

How u investigate?

How you want 2 differentiate between non-accidental injury? (seyes xbaca lgsung bab ni) - i ans look for other injury such as abdominal injury,MSK & other scar

What specifically in eyes finding for (NAI)?

how about brain finding in (NAI)?

Since he cannot talk, how he communicate with his mother?

How do you manage this patient?

What is the affect of this disease to the family member?

Is it affect his dad carrier?

he still cannot talk,is he underwent speech therapy? how many time?

Any special shoes finding in patient with hemiplegic gait?

I've just finished 3 consecutive days of theory exam paper

Tuesday (20th April 2010) - Paper MEQ

Get Stroke case for medicine, Urinary stone for surgery, febrile convulsion for paediatric and postpartum hemorrhage for O&G...Sounds like easy, but because it soo easy until i cannot even answer the simple thing.. Im too focusing on the hard topic like cancer, obstructive jaundice, multiple sclerosis, GBS, bla bla bla.....

(tula..lain kali jangan target2..baca je semua.. kan dah susah bila soalan lain yg kuar..jadi blurr..)

Wednesday (21th April 2010) - Paper MCQ&PBQ

Most of the questions are quite tricky and only some of it straight forward..huhu

Medical based Q- Not enough time...waaa~~ Because most of medicine questions are in scenario form & takes time for reading also...

Surgical based Q- Boleh la.. this paper had extra left time (sempat check2 lagi tu chewahh).. but a lot of gambling too~~~ Surgical based questions ask lots about the epidemiology...mane ingat maa.. especially orthopaedic questions..huhu

Ya Allah...berikanlah kami petunjuk....

Thursday (22th April 2010) - OSCE

We had 5 OSCE sessions, held in our new faculty building, and it was well conducted & the quarantine room is also comfortable...

1) Radiology Chest Xray- Multiple fracture

2) Surgery- Chest tube

3) Anatomy- Lower limb specimen (common peroneal nerve)

4) Microbiology under microscopy- Cryptococcus neoformans

5) Histopathology - Colon cancer

Berehat sekejap di depan library selepas habis exam

Post exam syndrome- .... migraine + blurr + terpikir2...huhu

Ok..Enough thinking about the past!! no need to think bout it.. Coz nothing can even change my answers..huh..

Now, i have to focus on the upcoming exam which are the most threatened and feared..

Hopefully i get a case that i familiar about...and i hope to get more benign examiner...

(Ya Allah, berikanlah aku kelapangan, pemudahkanlah urusan ku Ya Allah....)

Semua Student dan Lecturer di jemput Hadir..

Yang Hadir Termasuk la Yang Dihormati Dekan Fakulti Perubatan UiTM, Prof. Dato' Dr.Khalid Yusoff...

Beliau di alu-alukan untuk merasmikan majlis dan tidak lupa juga memberi nasihat kepada kami yang bakal menduduki peperiksaan tak lama lagi..

Tidak dilupakan juga kepada junior2 yang telah menganjurkan program ni..thanks to them..

Yang paling best nye,

Setiap Year 5 student akan dapat satu wish kad dari seorang lecturer...

dan saya mendapat wish card dari Dr. Aimi...

Comel kan...

Dan yang paling menariknya & kreatifnya...

Diorang ni (junior2 sayala) ada buat wish untuk semua student2 yang nak wish atas kain rentang putih...

terharu sangat kat korang...

Best la korang ni...

Semangat dan Debaran untuk PROIII semakin terasa bahangnya...

Saya juga ingin mengucapkan Good Luck Kepada semua rakan2 seperjuangan yang bakal menduduki peperiksaan PROIII...

I've finished my medical school posting from yer 1 to yer 5 at UiTM..

And Finally i reached here...

The time where All the students scared about...

The time when we had to struggle...

The time we had to battle our brain...

The time that will count everything,everymoment...

The time when we had no enough time actually...

(huh,cukup pun 5...)

Yeah...Its Study Week time!!!

Kami diberi masa selama 3minggu sahaja untuk study hard, study smart or whatever..

Cukup ke 3 minggu ni? takutnyer...

These are what i have to cover within 3 week durations..

Oppss...tak lupa jugak yang ni....

Sungguh berserabut fikiran saya....

Macamane nak organized everything in 3 weeks time ni?

what i do is:

Saya buat jadual harian.. Ala2 jadual sekolah gitu..hehe...

Barula boleh nampak ape yang saya nak study and ape yang saya nak tekankan di saat2 akhir ni...

But...How much buzy I am...dont forget the most important thing:
