~~Hot Spring, Sungkai~~

6hb June 2010, Ahad, 10am

Pada tarikh di atas, kami 1 family telah mengadakan 'picnic' di Hot Spring Sungkai..

Semua orang pun join kecuali Mohd Halim adik ke-2 saya..bcoz ada hal lain katanya..

Perjalanan mengambil masa lebih kurang 1 jam bertolak dari Rawang (About 80km perjalanan)

Exit to Tol Sungkai, then terus Belok kiri, then follow je sign board...

Tapi kene tgk betul2 la bcos sign board die Se-chomel alam jek...huhu..menyebabkan kitorang ni hampir nak sesat walaupun saya telah kesana kali ke-3...hehe~~

(Maklumla..selama ni gi ngan kekawan..ramai sgt penunjuk arah)

Sampai2 di sana dalam pukul 11..orang dah pun ramai..

Beli tiket Dewasa RM 10, kanak-kanak RM8..

Tempat parking ada di luar & dalam pagar..

Sesiapa yang decide nak naik train & jejalan sekitar sini, boleh la park diluar dan naik train yang disediakan...

Matahari agak terik juga even baru pukul 11, so kitorang decide nak pasang khemah kat bwh pokok2.. (memula tu segan gak,tgk takde orang pun yang pasang khemah..tapi layan jela..sebab tempat berteduh semua pun dah penuh kan)

Then terus makan tghari...masakan mama... Nasi Ayam..

makanan ada dijual kat sini, cuma harga agak mahal la...hee

kalau dah mandi bnyak kali,mesti lapa & nak makan bnyak juga.. So, kalau bawa dari rumah lagi senang & jimat...

Kat sini ada 2 kolam yang paling besar...

1 kolam air dari gunung..kira air sejukla

1 lagi kolam besar untuk air panas...

pastu ada bnyak lagi anak2 kolam lain yang telah disediakan mengikut suhu2..

sape yang threshold die rendah terhadap haba, leh la mandi kat kolam yang rendah sikit suhu die...hee~~

Suhu yang paling tinggi ialah 100 degree...Tapi kalau mandi di sini memang terus masakla...hehe... Kat suhu ni ada disediakan tempat untuk merebus telur... Telur ada dijual di sana, tapi kami dah beli siap2 dari rumah... jimat & tak yah berebut2..

ini merupakan kolam untuk air panas..kalau datang tengahari, suhu nya bertambah panas lagi..hee

Ini pula kolam air gunung yang sejuk... sebab tghari dah panas, maka, ramaila yang mandi di sini...

Dan inilah hasil telur yang telah kami rebus... walaupun saya tak suka sgt makan telur, tapi sedap pulak dapat mkn panas2 & separuh masak cmni...




Overall kemudahan memang best dengan lanskap yang cantik, Ada pokok2 buahan2 & bunga2, Ada Spa, toilet or tempat mandi, cafe & surau semua disediakan...

Inilah train yang saya maksudkan...

Perasmiannya satu ketika dulu, tapi tak lama pun..baru 5 tahun rupanya...

Lebih kurang jam 4 petang kami pun bertolak balik...

Entry kali ini dibuat semasa cuti-cuti Malaysia....hehe...

(takdelah, cuti-cuti sebelom start kejer nanti...)

So, memang tak de kerje la yang nak di buat..huhu..

Rutin Seharian- Dok mengadap Laptop, Tv, Makan, Wat keje rumah sesikit, Then sambung tido balik.... Heaven nyer... (kan best kalau cmni jer ari2...hehe)

Tiba2...pada suatu saat, hadir la sesuatu dalam hidup saya..

Mengisi ruang2 rutin dalam hidup ku...Chewahh...

'Dia' sangat comel...

Pagi2 selepas bangun tido, saya akan jumpe dgn 'die'..

Pastu memang setiap 5 minit saya akan berjumpe dengan 'die' lagi..hehe

Haii....Rindu rasanya kalau tak jumpe...

Bila saya makan, saya akan pastikan 'dia' sudah makan...

Bila saya mandi, 'die' pon kenela jugak...hehe

Saya selalu ajak 'die' main dgn saya..wahh...walaupon 'die' tak rela u...

Siapa kan Dia??

Dialahh...

Hamster Baru Saya....yeyyyh!!!!

Tapi takde nama lagi.. Sbb tak tau nak letak nama pe..

Saya memang suka pada haiwan especially yang ada bulu2 & yang comel2 gitu...hee~~

Tapi, slalunyer saya memang tak berkesempatan nak membela depa-depa ni...

Sebabnya:

 1) Saya tak ada masa yang bnyak untuk bg perhatian sepenuhnya kat depa..

Kang kalau mati kelaparan dikira menyiksa haiwan la pulak..isk2..

2) Mama saya tak suka pada haiwan especially yang berbulu2 neh..sebab die ada Allergy & akan terkena Asthma pada bulu kucing...huhu...

                                           Inilah rumah saya.....

           Mane saya suka duduk ni? Ish..ish.. Saya tertido dalam bekas makanan saya la...

                       Jom makan kawan-kawan...

~~Memorable graduation day~~~

On 22 nd May 2010 is the most unforgettable moment in my life

That day..i ve finished something... i have finished what i've started for a few years back in my life..

i finally achieved my ambition.

 As the first member of my family to graduate, i would like to honor my parents and all my family for coming to celebrate the day. Thanks for them and my friends who encouraged me and supported me and without them this would not have been possible. Thanks Mama & Abah...

Even now, im graduating, its mean im nearly at the top of the ladder, but once i've started my worked as a houseman, once again i'll be on the bottom rung of the ladder but i have to keep climbing like it is an endless ladder to height.

Zig Ziglar said, " You don't have to be great to start but you have to start to be great."

So today, i make this inspirational word as part of my life and don't forget one of my Dean's word "think beyond your imagination".. 

After this, our contribution to the world will not be measured by the money we make but by the way we share our gift with the world. The gift that have be given by God that can be found within yourself...InsyaAllah...

~~CeLeBratiOn At d I-CitY, ShaH AlaM~~

After result exam kuar, All my housemates decided to celebrate one of our beloved housemate's Birthday, Kak da... Happy birthday kak da!!!...

Kami memilih I-city sebagai destinasi kami, bertolak dari selayang dan selepas setengah jam kami tiba di Shah Alam menaiki Si Putih Atfina...hehe...

Jalan ke I-city tidak la susah mane (as we are not lost at dat time )..Kami melalui jalan pintu belakang UiTM seksyen 7, then,follow je sign board.

Ada banyak tempat2 menarik di sini termasukla, tempat ala2 snow & mountain, chinese new year, X-mas tree, cherry blossom tree, pine tree, the panda, the mosque, and the swan...

Sangat berwarna-warni tempat tu.. ..besh2... Bolehla warga S.Alam atau sesiapa pun datang kesini & mengisi masa lapang bersama keluarga & tersayang.. Boleh eratkan sillaturrahim gitu~~~

Celeb Mother's day pun besh juga di sini.....

Happy belated Birthday to kak da...~~~~

Seorang Doktor

Debaran pada ketika itu hanya Tuhan sahaja yang tahu

Cemas, takut, sesak nafas, sakit perut, semua adalah...

Tiba-tiba...

Noorintan liana....Nama ku dipanggil

Rasa bagai disentap dan jantung bagaikan terhenti seketika

You Pass!!!

Alhamdulillah...Usaha selama 5 tahun ini akhirnya tidak sia2..

mataku berkaca, terasa bagai satu kelegaan setelah 5 tahun...

Tahniah juga kepada kawan2 yang berjaya...

Terima kasih kepada barisan tenaga pengajar prof,doc yang bertungkus-lumus mengajar kami...

Kepada yang kurang bernasib baik, saya mendoakan agar kamu berjaya for another 6 months..

Pasti ada hikmah disebalik semuanya...

But,a job as a doctor is not that simple

it was a big responsibility for the community and for the nation

I hope that i can prepare myself for the next challenge in my life

Just finished my Clinical examination: Paediatric case

Long Case : 4 yers old malay boy with

1) Cerebral palsy with Left sided dyskinesia due to kernicterus?

2) Right Hemiplegia due to subdural hemorrhage (at 10months age)

3) Global developmental Delay

4) Epilepsy (at 1 year)

-has multiple hospital admission due to recurrent chest infection, AGE & seizure

-Achillis tendon release R limb due to contracture

O/E

-Scar for Left subdural hemorrhage (bentuk ladam kuda)

-Patient has Rt UMN lesion of UL & LL

-Choreoathetoid movement of Lt UL & LL

-Drolling saliva at Rt side

-Gait hemiplegic? (xtaula..pelik sgt gait die)

-Developmental-about (9month-1 year) of age

-He is making incomprehensive sound (tak bleh cakap lagi)

Discussion:

What do you think the age of the patient now?

Why he had hemiplegia?

What is your diagnosis?

How u investigate?

How you want 2 differentiate between non-accidental injury? (seyes xbaca lgsung bab ni) - i ans look for other injury such as abdominal injury,MSK & other scar

What specifically in eyes finding for (NAI)?

how about brain finding in (NAI)?

Since he cannot talk, how he communicate with his mother?

How do you manage this patient?

What is the affect of this disease to the family member?

Is it affect his dad carrier?

he still cannot talk,is he underwent speech therapy? how many time?

Any special shoes finding in patient with hemiplegic gait?

I've just finished 3 consecutive days of theory exam paper

Tuesday (20th April 2010) - Paper MEQ

Get Stroke case for medicine, Urinary stone for surgery, febrile convulsion for paediatric and postpartum hemorrhage for O&G...Sounds like easy, but because it soo easy until i cannot even answer the simple thing.. Im too focusing on the hard topic like cancer, obstructive jaundice, multiple sclerosis, GBS, bla bla bla.....

(tula..lain kali jangan target2..baca je semua.. kan dah susah bila soalan lain yg kuar..jadi blurr..)

Wednesday (21th April 2010) - Paper MCQ&PBQ

Most of the questions are quite tricky and only some of it straight forward..huhu

Medical based Q- Not enough time...waaa~~ Because most of medicine questions are in scenario form & takes time for reading also...

Surgical based Q- Boleh la.. this paper had extra left time (sempat check2 lagi tu chewahh).. but a lot of gambling too~~~ Surgical based questions ask lots about the epidemiology...mane ingat maa.. especially orthopaedic questions..huhu

Ya Allah...berikanlah kami petunjuk....

Thursday (22th April 2010) - OSCE

We had 5 OSCE sessions, held in our new faculty building, and it was well conducted & the quarantine room is also comfortable...

1) Radiology Chest Xray- Multiple fracture

2) Surgery- Chest tube

3) Anatomy- Lower limb specimen (common peroneal nerve)

4) Microbiology under microscopy- Cryptococcus neoformans

5) Histopathology - Colon cancer

Berehat sekejap di depan library selepas habis exam

Post exam syndrome- .... migraine + blurr + terpikir2...huhu

Ok..Enough thinking about the past!! no need to think bout it.. Coz nothing can even change my answers..huh..

Now, i have to focus on the upcoming exam which are the most threatened and feared..

Hopefully i get a case that i familiar about...and i hope to get more benign examiner...

(Ya Allah, berikanlah aku kelapangan, pemudahkanlah urusan ku Ya Allah....)
