Dilema penempatan houseman~~

Saya dalam dilema....Confius...

Apa yang nak konfius2 ni??? (hehe...)

Takder...kanfiusla saya nak pilih hospital mane untuk housemanship ni?

Untuk yang tak tahu apa tu housemanship... Housemanship ni ialah doktor pelatih, untuk jadi doktor, bukan sahaja kene blaja kos perubatan kat universiti sahaja selama 5 tahun, tapi kene jadi houseman (doc pelatih) untuk 2 tahun lagi..huhu. Cuma bezanya, houseman ni dapat gaji & mcm dah kerja la kiranya...

Bagi saya, medical student ni macam "baby" la dalam medical life ni.. One of our lecturer pun penah cakap cmtu..tapi nape ye? (maybe sebab baby kan masih suci & tak tau ape2 lagi..hehe..kalau buat salah pun akan dimaafkan)...

hi...im still a medical student..hehe

Tapi housemanship ni la prosess membesar dari baby jadi toddler and teenage... process of learning....sebab tu la prosess ni yang paling payah kut.. kalau tak betul masa process ni, terus jadi tak betul bila dah besar..huhu...

Tibe2 terpikir pulak..kalau professor tu kira dah jadi ape ye? (elderly la kan??hehe...)

Ok,Berbalik pada dilema tadi, Family semua kata kalau boleh pilihla hospital yang dekat rumah (Selangor la kan..)

Tapi hospital yang available kat Selangor ni pun tinggal berapa kerat jer.Camne nih??

Ni senarai hospital yang available kat Selangor:

(Disusun mengikut priority yang saya nak pilih la..hehe)

1) Hospital Putrajaya

2) Hospital Kelang

3) Hospital Serdang

4) Hospital Sungai Buloh (tapi dengar crita dah abes plak kat sini...adus..)

5) HKL

6) PPUM/PPUKM (ni tak nak la sebab setahun je boleh pastu die hanta je mana2)

kalau negeri lain, semua hospital besar ada lagi tempat kut...

Tapi ada satu lagi problem..Desas-desus cakap 60% daripada houseman untuk tahun 2010 ni akan di hantar ke Sabah & Sarawak disebabkan lambakan houseman di semenanjung & hospital pun dah tak cukup space lagi... (Arrghhh....camne ni??..bertambah dilema la camni..haih)

Kene pergi sabah sarawak ke? Camne ngan Family? Camne nak settle down ni?....

Takleh bayang la life kat sana...camne yer?

Kalau batch saya 100 orang, maka 60 orang la yang akan ke sana... owh, tidakk...

Kebarangkalian untuk saya ke sana amat tinggi...isk2..

Dah tak boleh pikir lagi..pening kepala kalau pikir pasal mende ni...

Ape2 hal pun, hanya Dia yang Maha Mengetahui tempat mane yang sesuai dan terbaik untuk saya..

Anugerah Juara Lagu-24 in memory

Inilah pertama kali dalam sejarah hidup saya, pergi melihat konsert atau anugerah. Dan pada 10/01/2010 bersamaan hari ahad, kami merancang untuk bersama ke AJL-24.

Bertolak dari selayang jam 6 pm dan sampai ke stadium lebih kurang pukul 8pm (+ makan + semayang jap (✿◠‿◠) )

Dalam kereta lagi..tak sabarnya nak sampai...

Sampai2 je kat Stadium Putra Bukit jalil tu, kitorang pun beratur la..barisan yang sangat la panjang....pastu dah dapat masuk pintu gate 1st, kene la plak masuk pintu 2nd..

Masa ni lah dugaan yang mencabar skali... sbb kitorang terlewat skit jer, terus orang semua berebut2 utk masuk..Almaklumla free sitting..huhu...Tapi memang dah tak leh nak gambarkan la cmne keadaan masa tu...it was soo disstressing. (◑﹏◐) ikut kan hatila..nak je balik masa tu jagak..nyesal datang!!

Pastu, kitorang dah nyesal & decide nak balik sbb tak dapat masuk..perasaan masa tu hampa pun ada...isk2...(Yela, boleh bayang tak kitorang cuma dengar je orang sorak2 dari luar..masa tu CT & Lan tgh wat persembahan... (╯_╰))cuma wonder jela..camne kitorang boleh dapat tiket kalau tempat dah tak cukup..haih...Masa tu, tetiba teringat citer 3idot.. ("All is well, All is well, All is well"...hehe..nak tenangkan hati yang hampa)

Tiba2...A miracle happen (Cheewahh)... ada 1 pintu ni terbukak..pintu ni cam dah tak de orang je yang masuk..kitorang pun masuk la kat pintu tu...& Lastly dapat jugak masuk menyelit2 n duduk.. (Walaupun dapat duk kat tangga Stadium je, tapi best sgt sbb dapat tgk semua persembahan dgn clear...٩(-̮̮̃•̃)۶, Yang duduk kat tangga pun, punyela ramai...tak nampak tangga langsung dah..hihi

Pas abis semua persembahan, kitorang pun keluar awal la untuk mengelakkan kesesakan berlaku lagi.Overall performance saya suka semua persembahan pada malam ni.. semuanya best2, menghiburkan and ada kelebihan masing2... Congrates to Aizat untuk lagu Kau pergi...memang best jugala..meremang je kalau dengar 'live'..Vocal Black memang best!!

Last but no least, sebelum balik hostel singgah jap pekena roti mamak syafa' di selayang... One new memory & experience for today.. *.:｡✿

Apa itu Marah?

· Marah ialah emosi semulajadi

· Tetapi, ia boleh menyebabkan seseorang hilang pertimbangan.

· Marah bersifat dari sedikit keresahan sehingga menjadi ganas & tidak terkawal

Apa yang terjadi ketika marah?

1. Pernafasan menjadi cepat

2. Degupan jantung meningkat

3. Tekanan darah meningkat

4. Ketegangan otot

5. Lebih bertenaga (perubahan hormon)

Apakah keburukan marah?

1. Kecederaan fizikal & emosi (rasa bersalah, dendam dari orang lain)

2. Masalah kesihatan (darah tinggi, stroke, sakit jantung)

3. Gangguan mental

3 Langkah Mengatasi Marah

1) Luahkan

Luahkan marah anda dengan cara yang wajar (Contohnya:senyum,tegas dan terkawal)

2)Bijak Mengawal

K:Kawal perasaan anda

B:Berhenti memikirkan perasaan marah itu

M:Mengalihkan pada sesuatu yang positif ( memasak, berenang, melakukan hobi)

3)Bertenang

Nafas: Tarik nafas dalam dan lepaskan perlahan-lahan

Ulang: Ulang cara diatas sambil memikirkan keadaan yang‘tenang’

Regangan: regangkan otot2 anda

ExAm Is Around D CoRnEr

Currently i'm at Paediatric posting (Posting kanak-kanak).

Memula posting tu, nothing much to worry, "playing with children" is one of the skill that you MUST have when you are in this posting even though you hate them. ^^..

Otherwise you will not learn much and they wont allow you to be examined.huhu

What i noted so far was..All the children especially neonates (infant), they were soo cute and most amazing creature i think...

If you look at their face you will see a resting place for innocence people on earth.

When they laughs you can feel the moment of love and peace in you heart.. soo touching and its feel like something deeper than the ocean.

Bak kata pepatah "kanak2 ibarat kain suci yang putih"

When you look at the sick infant, you will find how strong they are struggling and fight their disease because they cannot complaint and tell people what they actually feel.

When you are closer to the baby, it makes one feel aware of God and the Creature..Subhanallah..

Ok..berbalik pada bab exam tadi.. because exam is just around the corner, i would like to share you some good tips that i took from islam house website.

Among the tips are the following:

1) Turning to Allah by making du'aa in any way that is prescribed in Islam, such as " Rabbiys ishrah li sadri wa yassir li amri" (O my Lord, expand my chest and make things easy for me)

2)Getting used to sleep early and going to exam on time

3)Prepared all the equipment checklist

4) Remembering Allaah (dhikr) dispels anxiety and tension. If something is too difficult for you, then pray to Allaah to make it easy for you. Whenever Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyah (may Allaah have mercy on him) found something too difficult to understand, he would say, “O You Who taught Ibraaheem, teach me; O You Who caused Sulaymaan to understand, cause me to understand.”

5) If you discover the exam was so frustration and despair, Remember the hadeeth of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him), “If anything befalls you, do not say, ‘If only I had done such and such.’ Rather say, ‘Qadar Allaah wa maa sha’a kaan (the decree of Allaah and what He wills happened),’ for saying ‘if only’ opens the door for the Shaytaan.” (Saheeh Muslim)

....A NiTe with CuCi d MuSiCaL TeAm..

Hari ini dalam sejarah Sabtu,(9/11/2009),8.30pm- After finished all the workload during the weekdays ( studying, case write up, class, Seminar with Dato’ Raja) finally the end of this week comes. It is also part of paying the busiest week and to release our breath after the result of Exam is just coming out…huhu!! (+_+)…We planned to go to see “CuCi-CuCi Musical Theater”.

The ticket price was only RM35 (student price) located at the upper cicle 40 (means at the most far and the ‘backbenchers’ sit...hehe... (But can you imagine how worth it is only for RM35 for 4 hours). I think it considered cheap...

Bertolak dari selayang jam 6.15 petang. Selepas mendengar ada kesesakan lalu lintas di jalan depan pasar borong selayang disebabkan banjir, we decided to take another road that bring us straight to MRR2 to Setapak and finally we managed to reach Istana Budaya via Bulatan Pahang at 7.00pm.

After praying, we take a dinner at Laman Budaya, Balai seni lukis Negara and the theater started sharp at 8.30pm. As we entered ‘Ruang Panggung sari’- it was so amazed when we can actually see the unique cultural art of the building which look like a Malay traditional house and the audiences can see the theater in a royal boxes in think..hehe.

Istana Budaya is also rated among the ten most sophisticated theaters in the world, and on par with the Royal Albert Hall in London.(1999)

This is view from my sit. I think it is reasonable with the price and as long as I can see the whole performance, its ok la... but I speak to my heart, “one day, I’ll buy the sit at ‘Grand circle or Stall (at 1^st and 2^nd floor)”..hehe

Basically Cuci the musical is about a story of four brothers which have a small company called ‘Cuci-cuci services’ (doing all the window washing stuff). They are competing with another team called ‘Wira Maju’ to take a contract for washing service in one of big company belongs to CJ’s (vanida imran) dad. (Ramli Hassan).

For me, the interesting part is how they actually planned and designed the whole story and make it well organized, with the entire musical melodies, the choreography, the lighting, the scenery and the most unforgettable part is the sense of spontaneous humor itself, makes CUCI-CUCI musical alive!! Congrates and thumb up for you guys who are so creative and you have make it real. This is how the Malaysian Standard of performance should be and improving over time.

I count and appreciate every moment as possibly I can, as I will never be able to experience it again.

In this theater, they also show to us emotional part consist of happiness, love, injury, sad that become bread and butter in one’s life. Without this up and down, life would be smoothly straight, flat road to somewhere. Even it would be safe but the dull is pointless.
